Open Search for Cleepr

Now you can access Cleepr directly from your browser. When you go to website Cleepr with Firefox & IE… you’ll notice that the search box is highlighted and that you get some sort of drop-down arrow. When you click on it, you can see “Add Cleepr”. So you can search directly your favorites videos from your browser.

Jay-Z launching record label with Apple

For those that don’t know, Jay-Z left Def Jam as President last month, and everyone’s been talking about where he’s heading. While this might be one of his many other venutures, we just heard that Jay-Z is launching a record label with Apple.

Rappers blending Beatles into Hip-Hop

More than 40 years after reinventing popular music, Beatles melodies and samples are finding themselves in some odd places like Wu-Tang Clan records….
On rap collective Wu-Tang Clan’s new single “The Heart Gently Weeps,” a Santana-style rock guitar opening gives way to an almost celestial chorus of something very familiar. There, and throughout the track, is the unmistakable melody of George Harrison’s timeless contribution to the Beatles’ “White Album” from 1968: “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.”
Now, the track is accompanied by Wu-Tang’s trademark, uncompromising language, rapping out a gritty street story, even as Harrison’s son Dhani plays along.
